Traditional Lah-Ma-Cun is a meat based dish, typically made with Lamb. For us though, it's more about the unique herbs and spices which really set a true Lah-Ma-Cun apart.
Lahmacun is considered a Turkish street food. It has much thinner dough and doesn’t use cheese in the topping. Lahmacun is usually rolled or folded before eating. Lahmacun is originally from the southeastern part of Turkey famous for its spicy kebabs and other meat dishes. It's a good example of Turkish regional cuisine.
Hasan has had a love of Turkish cuisine since he was a little boy. The smokey rich flavours, the sizzle of meat hitting the grill and that crust of charred spices encasing the moist meat underneath... it's enough to make your mouth water isn't it?
